The smell of spring breeze fills the morning in the Harukana Public Park. There was no one around, only me alone doing my routine jogging.
I woke up at 4:30 a.m. to start my day, getting ready for my daily exercise. I usually start at 5 a.m. and finish at around 6:30. It took around 15 minutes for me to get to the Public Park by foot.
After I got there, I start by warming-up my body for 15 minutes, and then begin my jogging.
This has been my daily exercise ever since I joined the basketball club, 3 years ago. I had a very weak stamina back then, so it’s necessary for me to practice daily. After doing this constantly for 3 years, I can sense my strength building up.
Today is the first day of my second year in Souru High School. I don’t want to be late, so I ended up finishing my exercise faster than usual.
